I was having a look at the LIPD legislation and got the shock of my lifeto see these devices are permitted in the 27 MHz CB band.

Not that I have a problem with that but with the fact the CB band is PROTECTED.......

The LIPD must be at least 5 kHz form a CB channel and have a bandwidth less than 10 kHz

So there you go.

Users who pay NO licence get more protection than hams.

Really is a crazy world.
