BEACH VILLA
Tuscan style and best beach side holiday house in Terrigal, Central Coast. Panoramic ocean views over beach and Haven. Located just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. 5 star brick house in Mediterranean wash with tiled floors and decks, recently fully renovated and refurbished in a fastidious manner with quality furnishings and fittings throughout. The enormous all in one, tiled, entertaining area consisting of new kitchen, dining and living room leads onto two massive tiled decks on either side of the house with gas barbeque and 10 seater outdoor setting. Just inside one of the decks is a bar with bar fridge. Downstairs has its own large rumpus room with tiled floor, views, deck and kitchenette. There are 5 bedrooms. Two are main bedrooms each with king beds (which can be twin beds if desired) and each with an ensuite. 3 additional bedrooms each have two long single beds which can be locked together, so that each bedroom can have a king bed. There are two further bathrooms, one with a bath.
All linen is supplied because of the unique sizes and design of the beds. Arrive late - keyless touch pad entry. Built in wardrobes abound in 4 of the bedrooms. If you need to launder then there is a washing machine and a dryer and wall mounted ironing board and guest ironer. This house is extremely suitable for a family bonding week or week-end or a celebratory gathering. It will provide you with all the luxury you deserve and just a little more. Reservations normally commence after 3.00 p.m and departure is before 10.00 a.m.. Week-end rates include Sunday night as a complimentary as this allows you to check out as late on Sunday as you like.
