Training Calendar 2008

 

Term 1: From 04/02/08 to 07/04/08 - Term 2: From 28/04/08 to 30/06/08 - Term 3: From 21/07/08 to 15/09/08 - Term 4: From 06/10/08 to 08/12/08 - Training is on Monday nights. Please note that there will be NO classes on 10/03, 24/03, 09/06 and 03/11.

Advanced students from 6.30 to 7.30 p.m. - Beginners from 7.30 pm to 8.30 p.m. Advanced students are welcome to join the beginners in their Chi Kung exercise and practicing the Sun form.

Fees per term: $ 70.00 and $ 50.00 for concession. There are 9 contacts per term.

Relaxation: Movements must be soft and yielding

Concentration: The mind must direct all movements

Meditation: Movements of the mind, body & chi must be balanced.

Harmony: Thoughts & movements must be in accord, to gain the healing power.

Breathing: Must be of the abdominal kind. If the abdomen is relaxed tranquility will prevail.

Tai Chi & Chi Kung - A form Of Meditation

Tai Chi & Chi Kung are some of the many forms of meditation.

It requires that each movement is performed with the mind directing the movements (inner concentration) thereby shutting out other thoughts.
