The following Project Teams provide support for Edmund Rice Camps Staff and the Board of Management.

 

 

 

The role of a project team is:

to give camps a larger idea and energy base

take responsibility for organising and planning ways to improve camps

focus on specific issues and problems

get more people involved in the organisation and decision making process

communicate, negotiate, initiate, delegate, evaluate

enhance and foster a sense of community with the Edmund Rice Camp movement

Current Project Teams are:

Co-Ed, Girls, Boys and Family Team works with the Staff to plan and implement camps, programs and day activities for client groups

Fundraising Team works with the staff to develop and carry out fundraising campaigns throughout the year including the Annual Ball.

VISION (Volunteer Insights:Sharing Ideas, Opinions & News) main focus is on spirituality and ways that we can live out the Eddie Rice Vision in our every day lives.

Social Team planning and execution of social events for ERC volunteers & friends.

Newsletter collation, editing, printing and mailing of the ERC newsletter – “Eddie Says”.,

Recruitment & Development is responsible for contacting, booking and coordinating presentations to schools, workplaces, Unis, TAFES etc., for volunteer recruitment.

Intake & Assessment works with staff, to coordinate and facilitate referrals and interviews for new clients, including networking with potential referring agencies

Donations & Grants works on gaining much needed donations of food, activities, equipment, and money

Delivery & Collection coordinates picking up and dropping off of furniture and household goods donations
