Welcome to my
Web site My name is Jacqueline Whitehouse. I live in West Australia in a small
country town with my my Husband. 4 Adult children, Cats, dogs, fish and bird.
I am a small hobby
breeder, having 2-3 litters a season. My husband, daughters, son and myself all
love cuddling and handling the kittens. This makes for very people friendly
kittens that bond well with there new owners and homes. I try and breed from
good healthy lines with loving docile temperaments. This makes for best Pets
and Show/breeding cats.
I feed good nutrition, raw beef or mutton, Royal Canine kitten biscuits and limited tined
food and vitamins to build good strong health kittens.
I have been a
Registered Cat breeder since 1991 first Registered with Queensland
Feline Association since moving to West Australia, I am now
Registered Breeder with COAWA (Cat Owners Association of Western Australia).
I started breeding
cats back in 1994. I breed & showed Persian show cats and Himalayans for
about 6 years and did quite well on the show bench in Cairns and Townsville
North Queensland. I went on to breed Siamese and Balanesses for 4 years.
Then we moved from Cairns to Busselton little town South of West Australia.
I decided to find a
hardy cat I could breed and show. I spent 4 years reading and asking breeders
questions about there chosen breeds. I concluded that the British shorthair was
one of the strongest healthiest cats in the pedigree world. I have 4 British
shorthair and a Scottish fold at present, nice strong healthy cats with great
natures. They produce lovely babies with the same lovely natures. I hope to be
producing some nice Ragdolls next season, from very nice blood lines with nice
size and extremely docile natures, real people cats love to be with you.
I have always loved
and been amazed by animals and nature. I breed and showed, Shih Tzu and toy
poodles for some 8 years.
I enjoy learning
about nutrition for animals and humans, many principals work the same for
animals or human. Also like dabbling in colour genetics, but alternately it's
up to God what comes out at birth.
