Moreton Bay Reflections” represents the final part of Peter Ludlow's Moreton Bay Trilogy of books that began with “Moreton Bay People – The Complete Collection” in 2000 and was followed by “Moreton Bay Letters” in 2003.

Moreton Bay Reflections” follows the philosophy of its predecessors with reminiscences of Moreton Bay’s history by its locals, but this time it goes further with more of Peter's own interpretations, not only of Moreton Bay, but also of his own life’s philosophy.

In “Moreton Bay Reflections” Peter – and many others – reflect on such diverse aspects of Moreton Bay as its ‘lost’ areas of Bishop and Cribb Islands; the American Armed Services ‘invasion’ during World War II; the mystery graves on Peel and Mud Islands; an Aborigines’ life on Stradbroke; the past tourist rivalry of Cleveland and Sandgate; a pioneer’s life on Russell and Karragarra Islands; the importance of seagrass; what Moreton Bay is worth today; and much more.
