This site depicts my experiences at the 1998 Port Fairy Folk Festival, which I attended with four mates and about 10, 000 close acquaintances. Though the festival officially ran for four days, I'm sure if you talked to the organiser, Jamie McKew, the township of Port Fairy or the army of volunteers, it lasted much longer. For which I would like to thank them - thanks.

I should also mention, this site is in no way affiliated with the organisation of the Port Fairy Folk Festival. It is not within my power to book tickets or a musical act (though if you wish to send me a free tape of your music, don't be dissuaded by me). Also, all opinions are my own and are in no way influenced by the festival organisers. (Except by the overshadowing threat that they might refuse me tickets next year.)
