My Name is Jennifer Parry and I was born in 1974, work full time and live life to the fullest every day. I find happiness in many things; a clear sunrise, interactions with people, my friends and family, getting a brain-wave or a brilliant idea, doing Athletics, singing, playing and writing music, traveling, trying new things like abseiling, rock climbing, swimming, cricket and diving.
Memorable moments in my life include getting married in Las Vegas in May 2000, singing solo at the opera house, scuba diving in Cairns, holding the Olympic torch, breaking national records in junior athletics, and more.
I attended St Lucy's School for the Blind for my primary school years and completed my HSC at Brigidene college at St. Ives. I was a boarder at St Edmunds school for the blind during high school years after which I completed a Certificate in Office Administration at Ultimo TAFE and gained full time employment.
