5. CHARTER FLIGHT DEPOSIT OR TRANSFER ARRANGEMENT

If you intend to take PRE OR POST-CONFERENCE TOUR in BOTSWANA, NAMIBIA or ZIMBABWE the Charter Flight is possibly not the most cost effective option.
