Leave from the Chobe Safari Lodge jetty with your guides on the river directly after the morning conference session and depart Botswana into Zambia. The guides handle all immigration formalities. You will take your packed lunch on the boat down the Chobe River with opportunities for bird viewing en route. During the cruise and walk you will be informed on uses of plants in local medicine and culture, before visiting an African village in Zambia. The villages southern Zambia are remarkable for their lack of change in many hundreds of years. Return to Botswana and Kasane in time for your evening meal.
