Chobe 2001 Registration - Basic Information

REGISTRATION& BOOKING

The 'Registration' and 'Booking' will be in four parts:

1) The Conference Registration Fee - includes 3 evening meals (required)

2) The Accommodation Fee - includes breakfast (required)

3) The (during meeting) Social Activities Fee (recommended)

4) Charter Flight : Jo'burg - Kasane return or one~way (recommended but see travel advice)

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Delegate Registration:	£221
Student Registration:	£106
Accompanying person Registration Children (12 and under) accompanying delegates register free but a meal plan must be arranged	£130

The Registration fee includes:

Registration documentation
Access to conference venues
Conference bag
Book of abstracts
Tea/Coffee biscuits
Ice-breaker function (Evening meal #1)
Poster evening buffet (Evening meal #4)
Conference dinner (Evening meal #6)
Transfers to and from lodges at start and end of sessions, and transfers for evening functions
One night-drive for game viewing (for the first 80 registrations - alternatives thereafter)
Access to mini-bus shuttle service (additional fee per user 2 Pula)
Free copy of 'conference volume' of published papers (manuscripts will be solicited for both Oral & Poster papers - negotiated with Elsevier)

The Registration fee does not include:

Accommodation
Flights
Transfers from and to flights (see exception for Charter flight from Jo'burg to Kasane return or one~way)
Lunches and dinners not part of organised functions
Personal expenses
