9.15	SAFARI GUESTS: 1)Delegates leaving on GW Safaris will be collected and will depart on their 'over-land' adventure - first stop Peteke Camp at Ngoma Bridge via Chobe National Park 2) Delegates on KW, CR or B2A safaris will be collected and taken to Kasane Aiport for their air-transfers. The exact time will be arranged so that it is NOT at the same time as the charters to Johannesburg.

9.15	TRANSFERS TO Victoria Falls Airport These will be by pick-up at all Lodges (if required) and the first will depart to make the first SA flight from VFA - shortly before noon. NOTE: These transfers must be organised and paid for through the registration desk during the meeting.
