PAYMENT

Rooms and registration can now be confirmed on payment for both to Natural Events
The Registration fee is refundable until June 1. The accommodation fee is 20% non-refundable until June 1, 2001. Thereafter deposits are 50% non-refundable until July 1, 90% non-refundable thereafter.
  • The preferred currency for payment is Ł UK (GB pounds) and the preferred mechanism is by bank transfer or check drawn on a UK bank.
  • Delegates wishing to pay in $ US (USD) are advised there is a small processing fee of $14.50 but may similarly authorise a bank transfer or provide a check in USD.

There may be changes in some prices due to currency fluctuations up to the time of your final payment. Natural Events and their operators reserve the right to vary prices by up to 10% or otherwise due to circumstances outside of their control - for example increases in National Park fees

The preferred method for payment is by WIRE BANK TRANSFER in ŁUK or otherwise cheque (drawn on a UK bank) in ŁUK.
To make payments in USD please add $14.50 US for processing.
For security reasons we can not currently process credit cards. This page is not on a secure server and the message is not encrypted.

You must FAX A COPY OF THE WIRE TRANSFER to us so that we can track your payment and secure your registration.

To make payments in USD (on GBP amounts) calculate the fee in GBP not sooner that 48 prior to payment,
then go to http://www.oanda.com/convert/classic and apply the 'interbank' rate
to calculate the $US value to which you must add $14.50.
