ORAL PAPERS for
Chobe 2001
- Your paper will be of 20 min
duration, including questions, unless your session
organiser has allocated you their single 30 min paper.
Please look at the program.
- Projection facilities
include, 35 mm slides, overheads, VCR (PAL system only)
and PC with MS Power Point.
- Computer projection will be
available by PC only (no Mac's)
- Delegates wishing to use the
in house Computer Projection should write the
presentations to a CD disk in a version earlier than the
2000 version.
- Please bring back-up
overheads/acetates
- Delegates wishing to use
their own lap tops should contact the registration desk
and ensure their systems are compatible - the DAY
BEFORE.
- Any requirement for dual
projection must be discussed with the organisers
beforehand.
POSTER PAPERS
for Chobe 2001
- Poster papers should be
mounted on Sunday or during the Monday tea/coffee break
and remain in place until the end of session on Thursday
- All posters will be shown
together and for the duration of the meeting
- Poster presenters are
required to attend their papers Monday and Tuesday during
the formal poster sessions.
- Poster papers may be up to 1.2m
x 1.2 m and should not exceed these dimensions
- The poster boards are
suitable for mounting using pins and the organisers will not
provide double-sided velcro for fixing
