*Neither the organisers of Chobe 2001 nor Natural Events, nor their agents are responsible for delayed flights into JNB of arriving delegates or for the consequences including failing to meet the published charter flight departure times. All delegates and accompanying persons are encouraged to purchase adequate Travel Insurance that insures them, their baggage and their flights.
Any delegate that has failed to make their Charter connection is advised that there may be a small aircraft flight to Kasane, either direct or via Maun on Sunday 19 with Air Botswana. Alternatively delegates should make their way to Vic Falls and advise us for pick up. Please discuss this with your International Carrier or Insurance Company since Natural Events or the Conference Organisers can not be liable for delayed inbound flights.
