The river cruises are of 2 - 3 hour duration and pass along the bank of the Chobe River as well as past the islands between Botswana and Namibia. August is the end of the dry season when game concentrates along the river bank.
The lodges operate a variety of boats able to accommodate groups as large as 30 in comfort, or more specialised groups in smaller boats - in which the prospect of getting wet is very real!

Delegates will be pre-booked on drives and cruises from the operator at the lodge where they are resident since the Hotel's policy does not cover guests for MRI when using outside operators.
