Paying by Credit Card?

 

It is now possible to pay Conference expenses in advance to Natural Events by credit card.

CONDITIONS APPLY

  • We can not accept any credit card payments for any part of Chobe 2001 after May 18, 2001

  • A handling fee of 1.855% is payable to Natural Events for bank charges

  • ALL payments must be in £ sterling (GBP) - you must convert all costs to £ UK (if not quoted in £) at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of payment (see http://www.oanda.com/convert/classic not more than 48 hours prior to sending the form)

During the meeting the conference desk will accept cash, or £ UK (GBP) or $ US (USD) checks, only.


VISA and MasterCard are acceptable


We regret that Natural Events can not process Amercian Express cards

NOTE: American Express is generally NOT accepted in Southern Africa


The downloadable RTF files for Credit Card Authorisation MAY ONLY be used after completing the online Registration/Accommodation/Booking forms since they rely on you providing us with that information

There is a separate form for deposits and payments for Safaris and Tours which can be downloaded from here or through the "bookings" page on the Natural Events web site www.natural-events.com

If submitted together the two payments can be processed as a single transaction

 

Save these forms to disk and open using your word-processor do not open
using Word Pad or Note Book since they remove format
