Transfers from and to Kasane airport will be provided. Guests transfering by road from Vic Falls (see 'Getting to Kasane' on main page) will be transfered on Saturday 14 August to the conference registration desk at the Chobe Safari Lodge.

• Delegates camping at Chobe Safari Lodge will have the same access to the lodge facilities, transfers and functions as delegates rooming at the Lodge

• Chobe Safari Lodge camp site is located on the wooded banks of the Chobe River. Chobe has a number of pre-erected Meru tents on fixed stands for two people sharing in each. There are further tent stands under the trees. Breakfast is included in the quoted rates for the permanent Meru Safari Tents.

• Meals can be taken at the Lodge

• 'Do-it-yourself' campers can arrange for meals at the Lodge given notice.
• The camp site at Chobe Safari Lodge shares a border directly with Chobe National Park - this section of the border is fenced!
  

The camp-site bar is newly constructed and sits on a wooden deck over the Chobe river. This is just about the best sunset viewing spot in Kasane with an endless supply of 'sundowners'. Direct views over the river into Namibia. About 100 m from the main lodge.

Pre-erected Meru tents Meru 'Safari' tents on fixed sites. These are spacious tents with awnings and mosquito screened windows and door flaps. Each tent comes with up to three beds, bedding and a lamp. The rate includes breakfast at Chobe Safari Lodge. The tents are not equipped with plates, knives, forks or personal hygiene items. However, several meals are included in the registration fee and lunches are included in afternoon activities. Other meals will be available at the lodge including evening theme dinners.
