ACTIVITIES

GAME VIEWING

Pre-booked game viewing activities will be organised through Go Wild Safaris and InTo Africa Safaris depending on the lodges in which delegates are staying. The Parks authorities in Botswana are currently reviewing Park Entrance Fees and prices for 2001 are yet to be confirmed. There is a differential pricing structure for drives and cruises offered by operators at the different lodges. Park entry is by four wheel drive and boat only.

NOTE: Pre-booking is strongly advised for at least one cruise and one drive since the number of places on any day will be limited. Booking forms will be available soon.

AFTERNOON GAME DRIVES & CRUISES
Game drives and cruises with qualified guides will depart the lodges prior to 3 pm each afternoon and return before 6 pm. A packed lunch and drink will be included. Cost is based on 2000 prices and projected Park Entry fee. Note that this includes guide, food, vehicle, and park entry. In the event that the Parks authorities increase the Park Entry fee you will elect between an appropriate surcharge or refund.

NIGHT DRIVES
Night drives with qualified guides will depart the lodges at 7 - 8 pm each evening and return at 9 - 10 pm. Note: that places are limited to the initial 80 registrations and later registering delegates will be offered an alternative.

CHOBE RIVER CRUISE, NATURE WALK AND AFRICAN VILLAGE VISIT IN ZAMBIA

A very special alternative to straight-forward game viewing cruises and 4WD - numbers are extremely limited.

SCENIC FLIGHTS & FISHING
Scenic flights over Victoria Falls, Chobe National Park and the Okavango Delta are possible on a daily basis with afternoon departures from Kasane, depending on availability of flights. Fishing can be arranged on an hourly basis. See 'Sunday Activities'

SUNDAY ACTIVITIES
The Sunday of the conference has been held free for a range of activities, in addition to the afternoon drives and cruises, including a trip to Victoria Falls. Follow the link to review a range of options available. Places are limited on each of these. Booking forms will be available soon.

PRE and POST-CONFERENCE SAFARIS and TOURS

We have arranged for a number of packages over a wide budget range - including Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe and South Africa. Personalised Safari and tour deals can be arranged on request.
