  • Kamikaze (shooter)

  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1/4 oz. Triple Sec
  • dash Lime Juice

    Shake well with ice. Strain into shot glass.

    Shake well with ice. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.

  • Kangaroo Cocktail

  • 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
  • 3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

  • Kappa Colada

  • 1 oz. Brandy
  • 1 oz. Cream of Coconut
  • 2 oz. Pineapple Juice Syrup

    Mix with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency. Pour unstrained into cocktail glass. Serve with a straw.

  • Kentucky Coffee

  • 2 oz. Bourbon
  • Hot Coffee

    Pour Bourbon into coffee cup. Add coffee. Top with whipped cream.

  • Kentucky Colonel

  • 1 1/2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz. Benedictine

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into old fashioned glass. Serve with twist of lemon peel.

  • Kentucky Toddy (cold)

  • 1 1/2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
  • 1 lump Sugar
  • 1 Ice Cube

    Stir well and serve.

  • Kentucky Toddy (hot)

  • 1 1/2 oz. Burbon
  • 1 sliced Lemon
  • 1 lump Sugar
  • 4 oz. Boiling Water

    "Combine and stir well. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg, add cloves and cinnamon stick."

  • 2 oz. Blended Whiskey
  • 1/2 tsp. Powdered Sugar
  • 1 slice Orange
  • 1 slice Pineapple

    "Muddle sugar, orange, pineapple in old fashioned glass. Add Whiskey and 2 ice cubes. Stir well."

  • King's Peg

  • 2 1/2 oz. Cognac
  • chilled Champagne

    Add cognac to a wine glass filled with ice. Fill with Champagne.

  • 3/4 oz. Gin
  • 1 1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
  • 1 tsp. Creme de Menthe
  • 1 tbsp. Grapefruit Juice

    Shake well with crushed ice. Strain into an olf fashioned glass filled with a few ice cubes

  • 3/4 oz. Brandy
  • 3/4 oz. Kahlua
  • Hot Coffee

    Pour Brandy and Kahlua into mug. Fill with coffee. Top with whipped cream.

  • White Wine
  • 4-5 drops Creme de Cassis

    Fill wine glass 3/4 with wine. Add cream de cassis. Garnish with a twist of lemon.

  • 3/4 oz. Gin
  • 3/4 oz. Cherry Brandy
  • 1/4 oz. Dry Vermouth

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

  • 1/2 oz. Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1/4 oz. Cherry Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz. Heavy Cream

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

  • 1 1/2 oz. Blended Whiskey
  • 2 tbsp. Orange Rind
  • 3 oz. Orange Juice
  • Ginger Ale

    Mix Ingredients in a collins glass filled with ice and stir.

  • Knickerbocker

  • 2 oz. Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
  • 1 tsp. Sweet Vermouth

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

  • Knockout

  • 3/4 oz. Blended Whiskey
  • (Southern Comfort)
  • 3/4 oz. Apricot Brandy
  • 3/4 oz. Sloe Gin
  • 3/4 oz. Orange Juice

    Fill glass with ice. Add all ingredients and stir well.

  • Kremlin

  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1 oz. White Creme de Cacao
  • 1 oz. Cream

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

  • Kretchma

  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1 oz. White Creme de Menthe
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 3 drops Grenadine

    Shake well with ice. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
