  • 1 1/2 oz. Apple Brandy
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 tsp. Grenadine

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

  • 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 dash Bitters

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

  • 1 1/2 oz. Gold Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Green Creme de Menthe
  • 1 tsp. Sugar Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. Curacao

    Shake well with ice. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime slice.

  • 1 oz. Jagermeister
  • dash of Grenadine
  • 5 oz. Orange Juice

    Mix in collins glass over ice.


  • Jager Vacation

  • 1 oz. Jagermeister
  • 2 oz. Pina Colada Mix
  • 2 oz. Pineapple Juice

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into highball glass.

  • 1 oz. Coffee Brandy
  • 1 oz. White Creme de Cacao
  • 1 oz. Light Cream

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

  • 1/2 oz. Light Rum
  • 1/2 oz. White Creme de Cacao
  • 1/2 oz. Creme de Banana
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 oz. Half and Half
  • 1 Whole Banana

    "Blend until smooth and pour into brandy snifter. Garnish with strawberries, banana slices and nutmeg."


  • Jamaican Coffee #1

  • 3/4 oz. Rum
  • 3/4 oz. Tia Maria
  • Hot Coffee

    Pour Rum and Tia Maria into coffee cup. Add coffee. Top with whipped cream.


  • Jamaican Coffee #2

  • 1 oz. Coffee Brandy
  • 3/4 oz. Light Rum
  • Hot Coffee

    Pour Rum and Brandy into coffee cup. Add coffee and stir. Top with whipped cream.


  • Jamaican Shake

  • 2 oz. Bourbon
  • 1 1/2 oz. Dark Rum
  • 1 1/2 oz. Cream

    Blend until smooth with 3 oz. cracked ice. Pour into old fashioned glass.


  • Jamaican

  • 1 oz. Rum
  • 1 oz. Kahlua
  • 1 oz. Lime Juice
  • dash Bitters
  • 7-up

    "Mix Rum, Kahlua, lime juice, bitters and ice. Strain into Collins glass filled with ice. Top with 7-up."


  • Japanese Cocktail

  • 1 1/2 oz. Brandy
  • 2 dashes Bitters
  • 1 tbsp. Orgeat Syrup

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.


  • Japanese Fizz

  • 2 oz. Blended Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz. Port
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • Club Soda

    Shake well with cracked ice all but club soda. Strain into highball glass over 2 ice cubes. Fill with chilled club soda. Stir gently.


  • Java Cooler

  • 1 oz. Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
  • 3 dashes Bitters
  • Tonic Water

    Mix ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice and stir.


  • Jello Shots

  • 1 cup Vodka
  • package of Jell-O Gelitan (any flavor)

    "Prepare gelitan to package directions adding 1 cup Vodka. After chilled, cut into cubes and serve in paper souffle cups."


  • Jelly Bean

  • 1 oz. Anisette
  • 1 oz. Blackberry Brandy

    Mix ingredients and stir.

  • 2 1/2 oz. Apple Brandy
  • 2-3 dashes Bitters
  • Sugar

    Shake Brandy and bitters with cracked ice. Strain into old fashioned glass over ice. Add sugar to taste.

  • 3 dashes Bitters
  • 1 tsp. Sugar

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters

    Shake well with ice. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.

  • 1 1/2 oz. Scotch
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • Club Soda

    "Shake well with cracked ice all but club soda. Strain over 3 ice cubes into collins glass. Fill with club soda and stir gently. Decorate with slice of lemon, orange and a cherry."

  • 1 oz. Orange Curacao
