    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

  • 1 oz. Amaretto
  • 2 oz. Dry Vermouth

    Mix in old fashioned glass over ice. Garnish with lemon twist.


  • Fish House Punch

  • 2 quarts Rum
  • 1 quart Cognac
  • 1/2 cup Peach Brandy
  • 1 quart lemon juice
  • 3/4 pound sugar

    "Disolve sugar in small amount of water, then add lemon juice. Poor mixture over ice. Add Rum, Cognac, Peach Brandy, in that order. Let ingredients mix for a couple of hours, stirring occasionaly."

  • 1 oz. Bourbon
  • 3/4 oz. Strawberry Schnapps
  • splash of Cola

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1 oz. Cherry Herring
  • 2 tsp. Dry Vermouth
  • 2 tsp. Orange Juice

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

  • 1 1/2 oz. Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Apricot Brandy
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • 1 tsp. Grenadine
  • Flatliner

  • 3/4 oz. Sambuca
  • 4-5 drops tabasco sauce
  • 3/4 oz. White Tequila

    "Pour sambuca into glass, float few drops of tabasco on top. Carefully float tequila on top of tabasco. Drink in one."

  • 1 1/2 oz. Gin
  • 3 oz. Tomato Juice
  • 1 dash Lemon Juice
  • dash Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 drops Tabasco Sauce

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.

  • 1 1/2 oz. Brandy
  • 1/2 oz. Apple Brandy
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2-3 drops Granadine
  • 1-2 dashes White Creme de Menthe

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

  • 3/4 oz. Green Creme de Menthe
  • 3/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao
  • 3/4 oz. Vodka

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.


  • Fog Cutter

  • 1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Brandy
  • 1/2 oz. Gin
  • 1 oz. Orange Juice
  • 3 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Orgeat Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Sherry

    Shake well with cracked ice all but Sherry. Strain into collins glass. Top with Sherry.


  • Foxhound

  • 1 1/2 oz. Brandy
  • 2 tsp. Cranberry Juice
  • 1 tsp. Kummel
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.


  • Fraise Fizz

  • 1 1/2 oz. Gin
  • 1 oz. Chambery Fraise
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • Club Soda

    Shake well with cracked ice all but club soda. Strain into highball glass over 2 ice cubes. Fill with chilled club soda. Stir gently. Top with whole strawberry.


  • Freddy Fudpuker

  • 1 oz. Tequila
  • /2 oz. Galliano
  • Orange Juice

    Mix Tequila and Galliano in a collins glass filled with ice. Stir and top with Galliano.


  • French 75

  • 1 1/2 oz. Gin
  • Champagne
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon

    Shake all but Champagne well with cracked ice. Strain over 2 ice cubes into collins glass. Fill with chilled Champagne. Stir gently. Decorate with 1/2 slice of lemon and orange and a cherry.


  • French Connection

  • 1 1/2 oz. Cognac
  • 3/4 Amaretto

    Mix in old fashioned glass with ice.


  • Frisco Sour

  • 1 1/2 oz. Blended Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz. Benedictine
  • 1 tsp. Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into sour glass. Garnish with orange slice.


  • Frostbite

  • 1 1/2 oz. White Tequila
  • 1/2 oz. White Creme de Cacao
  • 2 oz. Cream

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into sour glass. Add crushed ice.


  • Frozen Apple & Banana

  • 1 1/2 oz. Apple Brandy
  • 1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
  • 2 tsp. Lime Juice

    Mix with 3 oz. ice in electric blender until smooth. Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.


  • Frozen Berkeley

  • 1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Brandy
  • 1 tbsp. Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice

    "Combine in blender, with 1/2 cup ice, at low speed until smooth. Pour into champagne flute."


  • Frozen Black Current

  • 1 oz. Creme de Cassis
  • 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 2 tsp. Brandy

    Mix with 3 oz. ice in electric blender until smooth. Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.


  • Frozen Daiquiri

  • 1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
  • 1 tbsp. Triple Sec
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • 1 tsp. Sugar

    Mix with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency. Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.


  • Frozen Fruit Margarita

  • 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
  • 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon or Lime
  • 1 oz. Fruit Liqueur or Fresh Fruit

    Rub rim of cocktail glass with rind of lemon or lime. Dip glass in salt. Mix ingredients with 1/2 cup shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency. Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.


  • Frozen Margarita

  • 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
  • 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon or Lime

    Rub rim of cocktail glass with rind of lemon or lime. Dip glass in salt. Mix ingredients with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency. Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.


  • Frozen Passion Fruit

  • 1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 2 tsp. Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp. Orange Juice
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice

    Mix with 3 oz. ice in electric blender until smooth. Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.


  • Frozen Rum Honey

  • 2 oz. 151 proof Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Honey
  • 2 tsp. Lemon Juice

    Mix with 3 oz. ice in a blender until smooth. Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.


  • Futurity Cocktail

  • 1 oz. Sloe Gin
  • 1 oz. Italian Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Bitters

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.


  • Fuzzy Mother

  • 1 1/2 oz. Gold Tequila
  • 151 proof Rum

    WARNING: USE EXTREME CAUTION! Pour Tequila into 2 oz. shot glass. Top with 151 proof Rum. Ignite Rum. Allow to cool before drinking.

  • 3 oz. Allens 101 proof Super Peach
  • Schnapps
  • Orange Juice

    Pour Peach Schnapps into collins glass filled with ice. Fill with orange juice. Stir.
