    Pour brandy into coffee cup. Add cappuccino. Stir well. Top with whipped cream.

    Pour Rum and Banana Liqueur into coffee cup. Add coffee. Top with whipped cream.

  • Hot Coffee

    Pour Brandy and Kahlua into coffee cup. Add coffee. Top with whipped cream.

  • 1 1/2 oz. Grand Mariner
  • Espresso

    Pour Grand Mariner into coffee cup. Add espresso. Stir well. Top with whipped cream.

  • 1 1/2 oz. Anisette
  • 1 1/2 oz. Cognac
  • 1/2 oz. Amaretto
  • Hot Coffee
  • 1 tsp Honey Espresso

    Pour liqueurs into coffee cup. Add coffee. Stir well. Float honey on top. Stir again. Top with whipped cream.


  • Cajun Bloody Mary

  • 1 1/2 oz. Pepper Vodka
  • 3 oz. Tomato Juice
  • 1 dash Lemon Juice
  • 1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 drops Tabasco Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.


  • California Driver

  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 3 oz. Orange Juice
  • 3 oz. Grapefruit Juice

    Mix in highball glass filled with ice.


  • California Iced Tea

  • 1/2 oz. Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Tequila
  • 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
  • 1/2 oz. Sour Mix
  • 1 oz. Orange Juice
  • 1 oz. Pineapple Juice

    Pour all into collins glass. Stir well.

  • 1 oz. Galliano
  • 1 oz. Kahlua
  • 2 oz. Club Soda
  • 1 oz. Cola

    Pour liqueurs into old fashioned glass filled with ice. Add club soda and cola. Stir will.

  • 2 quarts Rye Whiskey
  • 1 pint Rum
  • 6 sliced Lemons
  • 1 sliced Pineapple
  • 4 quarts Water

    Combine all with ice in punch bowl. Sweeten with sugar if desired.

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

  • 2 oz. Dry Vermouth
  • 1/2 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.


  • Celery Sour

  • 1/4 tbsp. Celery Bitters
  • juice of 1/4 Lemon
  • 1 tsp. Pineapple Syrup

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cordial glass. Decorate with 1/2 slice lemon or orange and a cherry.


  • Cerebral Hemorrage

  • 1 oz. Kahlua
  • 1 oz. Peach Schnapps
  • 1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
  • several drops of Grenadine

    "Layer Kahlua, Peach Schnapps and Bailey's Irish Cream into old fashioned glass with ice. Add several drops of grenadine. Do not stir."


  • Champagne Cobbler

  • Champagne
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar

    Fill 10 oz. goblet (large wine glass) with shaved ice. Add ingredients and stir. Dress with assorted fruits and berries and add straw.


  • Champagne Cocktail

  • 6 oz. Champagne
  • 1 lump Sugar
  • 2 dashes Bitters
  • Lemon or Orange peel

    Place lump of sugar in champagne glass. Add bitters and twist of lemon or orange peel. Fill with chilled Champagne.


  • Champagne Cooler

  • 1 oz. Brandy
  • 1 oz. Triple Sec
  • Champagne

    Pour Brandy and Triple Sec into collins glass half filled with cracked ice. Fill with chilled Champagne. Stir gently.


  • Champagne Punch

  • 3 bottles Champagne
  • 3 oz. Brandy
  • 3 oz. Curacao
  • 3 oz. Maraschino
  • 2 litres Club Soda
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Water

    "Dissolve sugar, water and lemon juice in punch bowl. Add Brandy, Maraschino and Curacao. Mix well. Add a block of ice. Just before serving, pour in chilled club soda and champagne. Stir gently. Garnish with various sliced fruits and berries."


  • Champagne Sour

  • 2 oz. Champagne
  • 2 dashes Lemon or Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp. Sugar

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into sour glass. Decorate with 1/2 slice lemon or orange and a cherry.


  • Champagne Spritzer

  • 1 1/2 oz. Chambord
  • Chilled Champagne
  • Club Soda

    Pour Chambord into wine glass. Add splash of Champagne. Fill with club soda.


  • Champagne Velvet

  • 2 oz. Porter
  • 2 oz. Champagne

    Stir slowly with a spoon and serve.


  • Cherry Bomb

  • 1/2 oz. Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Light Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Tequila
  • 3 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz. Cream of Coconut
  • 2 tsp. Milk
  • 1 drop Granadine

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into collins glass with a few ice cubes in it. Granish with a cherry.

  • 2 oz. Dark Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy
  • Cola

    In collins glass filled with ice add Rum and Cherry Brandy. Fill with cola and stir. Garnish with a lemon twist.

  • 2 oz. Cherry Brandy
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • Club Soda

    Shake well with cracked ice all but club soda. Strain into highball glass over 2 ice cubes. Fill with chilled club soda. Stir gently.

  • 1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Blackberry Brandy
  • 4 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into highball glass over ice cubes.


  • Chiquita Cocktail

  • 1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz. Light Cream

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.


  • Chocolate Banana

  • 3/4 oz. Banana Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao
  • 3/4 oz. Kahlua
  • 1 oz. Cream

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into highball glass. Add ice.


  • Chocolate Black Russian

  • 2 oz. Vodka
  • 1 oz. Kahlua
  • 6 oz. Chocolate Ice Cream

    Blend all until smooth. pour into mug.


  • Chocolate Coated Cherry

  • 1/2 oz. Kahlua
  • 1/2 oz. Amaretto
  • 1/2 oz. White Creme de Cacao
  • drop of Grenadine

    Shake well with ice. Strain into a shot glass. Put a drop of Granadine in the center.


  • Chocolate Cocktail

  • 1 oz. Blackberry Brandy
  • 1 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1 oz. Maraschino
  • Yolk of 1 Egg

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.


  • Chocolate Rum

  • 1 oz. Rum
  • 2 tsp. White Creme de Cacao
  • 2 tsp. White Creme de Menthe
  • 2 tsp. Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp 151 proof Rum

    Shake well with cracked ice all but 151 proof Rum. Strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Top with 151 proof Rum.


  • Christmas Punch

  • 2 bottles Champagne
  • 1 fifth Rum
  • 1 fifth Whiskey
  • 1 fifth Brandy
  • 1/2 bottle Benedictine
  • 1 quart Cold Tea
  • 1 quart Orange Juice
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tblsp. Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Pineapple (sliced)

    Dissolve sugar in fruit juices in punch bowl. Add all other ingredients except Champagne. Mix well. Add block of ice. Just before serving add chilled Champagne and stir gently.


  • Cider Eggnog

  • Hard Cider
  • 1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Milk

    Shake well all but Cider with cracked ice and strain into collins glass. Fill with Cider. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.


  • Cider Punch

  • 1 quart Hard Cider
  • 1/2 pint Sherry
  • 4 oz. Brandy
  • juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1/4 lb. Sugar Nutmeg

    "Combine all but Brandy on ice in punch bowl. Stir well. Just before serving add Brandy, sprinkle nutmeg on top."


  • Cinnamon Cola

  • 1 1/2 oz. Cinnamon Schnapps
  • Cola

    Pour schnapps into collins glass filled with ice. Fill with favorite soda.


  • Citrus Breezer

  • 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
  • 5 oz. Grapefruit Juice
  • 3 oz. Cranberry Juice

    Mix all in chilled collins glass with ice cubes. Garnish with lime slice.

  • 1 oz. Gin
  • 2 dashes Rum
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • 1 dash Green Chartreuse

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.


  • Coco-Loco

  • 1 whole Coconut
  • 1 oz. Tequila
  • 1 oz. Rum
  • 1 oz. Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Grenadine

    "Cut 3 in. hole in top of coconut. Pour in Tequila, Rum and Gin. Add several ice cubes and stir. Throw in slice of lemon. Serve with long straw."


  • Coconut Cola

  • 2 oz. Coconut Rum
  • Cola
  • 1/2 Lime

    Squeeze juice of 1/2 lime over 2 ice cubes into collins glass. Drop in lemon shell. Add Coconut Rum and fill with your favourite cola drink. Stir well.


  • Coconut Toastie

  • 1 oz. Light Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum
  • 3 oz. Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 tbsp. Whipping Cream

    Blend until smooth and pour into cocktail glass. Garnish with shredded coconut.


  • Coffee Alexander

  • 1 oz. Kahlua
  • 1 oz. Dark Creme de Cacao
  • 1 oz. Cream

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Grate a little nutmeg on top.

    Shake well with cracked ice all but ice cream. Strain into old fashioned glass. Add scoop of ice cream.

  • 1 1/2 oz. Brandy

  • 1 quart Arrack
  • 1 quart Port
  • 1 quart Tea or Water
  • 1 lb. Sugar
  • juice of 8 Lemons

    Mix well with ice and serve.


  • Colorado Bulldog

  • 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
  • 3/4 oz. Kahlua
  • 3 oz. Cola

    Add all to highball glass filled with ice. Stir well.


  • Connecticut Bullfrog

  • 4 oz. Gin
  • 1 oz. Rum
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz. Maple Syrup

    Shake extremely well with cracked ice. Pour into highball glass over ice cubes.

  • 1 3/4 oz. Light Rum
  • 1 tbsp. Lime Juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Green Creme de Menthe
  • 1/2 tsp. Powdered Sugar

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with twist of lemon.


  • Corkscrew

  • 1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
  • 1/2 oz. Peach Brandy

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.


  • Couperee

  • 1 1/2 oz. Brandy
  • 1 1/2 oz. Red Curacoa
  • 1 scoop Ice Cream
  • Soda

    "Mix in collins glass, filling with soda. Sprinkle nutmeg on top."


  • Cranberry Cooler

  • 2 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • 1/2 tbsp. Lime Juice
  • Club Soda

    Add juice to collins glass filled with ice. Fill with club soda. Garnish with slice of lime.


  • Cranberry Splash

  • 2 oz. Vodka
  • splash of Cranberry Juice

    Pour Vodka into old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes. Add spash of cranberry juice.


  • Creole

  • 1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
  • 1 dash Tabasco
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 cube Beef Bouillon
  • Salt and Pepper

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into old fashioned glass filled with ice.

  • 1 oz. White Creme de Cacao
  • 1 oz. Greem Creme de Menthe
  • 1 oz. Cream
  • dash Brandy

    Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into champagne glass.


  • Cuban Cooler

  • 2 oz. Rum
  • Cola
  • 1/2 Lemon

    Squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon over 2 ice cubes into collins glass. Drop in lemon shell. Add Rum and fill with ginger ale. Stir well.
