Mix ingredients in old-fashioned

Mix with shaved ice in electric blender until

- 3/4 oz. Tequila
- 3/4 oz. Triple Sec
- 3/4 oz. Lime or Lemon Juice

Shake well with cracked ice. Rub rim

Banana Milk Shake
- 1 Banana 1/2 pt. Milk
- 1 tsp. Honey
Combine in blender. Blend at low speed until

"Blend 6 bananas, lime juice and sugar until
smooth. Pour over block of ice into punch bowl. Pour in Rum, pineapple juice and mango

Brandy Eggnog (punch)
- 1 fifth Brandy
- 3 oz. Rum
- 8 Eggs
- 1 pint Heavy Cream
- 1 quart Milk
- 1/2 pound Sugar
Beat yolks and whites of eggs seperately.
Add sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff. Combine yolks and whites and mix thoroughly.
Add Rum and Brandy. Beat mixture. Add cream and milk. Mix. Chill well. Serve with a light
sprinkling of nutmeg

- dash Port
- 1/4 glass Shaved Ice

Stir well all but Port. Add dash of Port on

- 1 1/2 oz. Maraschino
- 1 1/2 oz. Green Chartreuse
- 1 1/2 oz. Brandy
Pour in order into wine glass keeping
ingredients seperate like a pousse cafe.
Brandy Sling (cold)
- 2 oz. Brandy
- 1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp. Water
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Dissolve sugar in water and lemon juice.
Add Brandy. Pour into old fashioned glass over ice. Stir. Garnish with twist of lemon
peel.
Brandy Sling (hot)
- 2 oz. Brandy
- 1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp. Hot Water
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Dissolve sugar in water and lemon juice.
