Zoids are fantastic toys, which you put together like a model, but after which will normally wind up or do something interesting. They never cease to amaze me in their intricate design and the mechanics involved, not to mention how incredibly accurate to the TV show they are (something I always like ^_^). In short the toys are miniature works of art and extremely cool! And here you can read reviews on the toys I own, either out of interest or to help you decide if you want buy them yourself :P
These are my Zoids (the ones underlined already have their reviews written), I don't own all the Zoids toys there are, and will only be writing reviews on the ones I own, so if it isn't listed here I probably don't have it, sorry. However, when I do get more Zoids, I will update the list :)

Demantis

Number: #048
Model height: 7 centimeters, not including antennae (about 3 inches)
Model length: 10.5 centimeters (4 and a bit inches)
Zoid alignment: Guylos Empire*
Comments:
Used by the Backdraft group, they attack in swarms and over power larger opponents. It's a little preying-mantis zoid! :D
Appearance:
It's very small, but kind of cool, and cute. I like the blood-red clear plastic eyes/mandibles. It comes with three pilots (two sitting, one lying down) which are unusually, the same green as its claws. It has spindly legs, and rubbery antennae, and clear red plastic under its wings too.
Stickers/decals:
It's a small Zoid, it doesn't need much, or have many places to put them. I used all the decals, another one or two might have been good, but as I mentioned there isn't all that many places to put them. The yellow decals I put on the legs, and for some reason they didn't show up, I think the normal yellow decals are yellow with a base white underneath, so that the colour of the Zoid doesn't show through, but for some reason these aren't. Putting the yellow decals on the green or red surfaces hardly works any better. It also comes with two cool red Guylos Empire decals (I stuck one on its head) which look cool.
Movement:
Too small for a motor, but reasonably poseable.
Poseability: As it doesn't have a motor it's made for being poseable :) the legs are on ball joints, its arms move up and down, and the claws open and close. You can also move the wings :) and adjust the antennae, the cannon on its back swivels, and the head moves up and down. But be warned, it falls over easily.
Downsides:
It falls over easily, getting the pilots to stay put is fiddly, and the antennae while really neat, almost continuously fall out. Glue them in place, I have, it means you lose some poseability, but better than losing the antennae (a well meaning family member almost threw them out, thinking they were junk, but then kept them in case they were important, THANKFULLY!)
Durability:
the antennae are always falling out if you drop it, sometimes a leg will come off, but not often. Sometimes the eyes fall off.
Over all:
Again, as with all motor-less zoids, if you want it to wander around waving its claws in the air, it wont, but it is quite poseable, and very small. It's cute and cool, but glue the antennae in place unless you want to spend the rest of your life losing them.

Gun Sniper

Number: #030
Model height: 10 centimeters (4 inches)
Zoid alignment: Hellic Republic
Comments:
One of my very first Zoids. Gun Snipers first appear in Zoids:Guardian Force, and are later piloted by Naomi Fluegel and Leena Toros in Zoids:New Century (though I only knew about Naomi at the time I bought it). Though you can get one like Naomi has (admittedly I've never seen one, I've heard about it online) the standard Gun Sniper is like the one Leena pilots, only without all the custom weapons Leena burdens it with ;)
Appearance:
Silver, dark blue, and light purple in colouring, offset by pale orange gyro caps, and a darker clear orange 'glass' in the cockpit. Though more angular than the Rev Raptor, it's still quite sleek and almost all the angles point back towards the tail, which makes it look sort of aero dynamic. It has quite a few weapons, and multiple places to put them, the winder, as with the Rev Raptor, doubles as a weapon and is detachable. Also like the Rev Raptor (and most two legged Zoids), it needs the plastic supports to be able to walk properly, but I don't seem to notice these as much owing to the dark colouring of the feet which they join to. Both the arms and legs are hollow on the side facing inwards.
It does have a lot more weapons than the rev Raptor, and plenty of places to put them, but its claws are smaller.
Stickers/decals:
They're really excellent! Though I had quite a few left over, I didn't go overboard and stick them everywhere. They not only match the model near perfectly, but enhance it! I only wish there were more of the little triangular ones though...
Movement:
At the moment it's walking quite well over my keyboard :P It has a curious gait, but is reasonably fast, and as it walks its arms (complete with little weapons) move up and down. It does have a tendency to lose its balance more easily than the Rev Raptor does, and will fall over if bumped even slightly.
Poseability:
The front claws are far more articulated than those of the rev raptor, it can move each front claw separately, as well as grasping with the help of the thumb like claw. Also above the front claws are two little weapons, that swivel from side to side (removing them will allow greater movement for the claws, if you want to pose it so). The 'ears' on its head move up and down slightly, but if you move them too far up or down, they will fall off. You can also put the ears on differently from how they're meant to be and wind up with a really different looking Gun Sniper (just swap the ears over). The weapon on the end of its tail can be moved up and down, the little hatch-like covers on the missiles open upwards, and you can push the boosters in and then release them with a click, by pushing the buttons on top (don't ask me why, it doesn't mention it on the box, I suppose it's meant to represent the boosters firing...). Oh yeah, and the mouth opens and closes ^_^
Downsides:
It really doesn't have many...The 'ears' have a tendency to fall off when bumped, and the winder doubles as a weapon again (though this makes it look cooler, it means you could possibly lose the winder) though the winder is stored safely in between the two boosters so hopefully it wouldn't fall off if knocked. The Gun Sniper itself can be knocked over easily however.
Durability:
Mine has been dropped twice and is no worse for wear, the only problem being that the ears come off when it hits something, and you wouldn't want to bend the little foot/walking supports, or else it probably wouldn't work.
Over all:
I really like this Zoid, actually, it was the first Zoid I ever put together. It's very show accurate, and it's one of the Zoids a main character pilots that doesn't cost a fortune. The decals look awesome on it, I like the way it walks, and the weapons are cool. And though the ears are a little fiddly, it's probably one of my favourite Zoids :) and good value at that.
