Mud 2 Front End Apologies - the link to the download site has been broken for quite some time. It should now be working.
You can download a beta
version of the Mud 2 Front End from this site. The current version is 1.06c.
This version contains a few bug fixes from 1.06a (the previously released
version) and support for background sounds and autologging. Note that
there is little point in downloading the Front End if you run a system with
less than 16 bit colour. With a colour depth less than this the Mud2 Front
End looks horrendous.
The Front End is still in
beta release, so any comments or bug reports are more than welcome. You can either leave mail

requirements are: Operating System: Windows 95, 98, NT 4.0 (Service
Pack 3+), ME or 2000. With Windows 95 you need to have Direct X installed if
you wish to hear sounds. Minimum
Resolution:
Whilst the Front End can be used at 800x600, it is better if you run your
windows desktop at a higher resolution. Minimum Colour
Depth: The
program does not look nice if your colour depth is below High Color (16 bit). Sound Card: Recommended, especially if you
wish to enjoy the sounds. |
