I started KByITs Home & Office after a lot of consideration and prompting from my peers. The purpose of my business is to provide primarily, support for the home users who until now have been largely ignored and unfortunately, there is out there the idea, that once you buy a computer you receive unending support which is of course the reason support is usually very poor. I have taken the plunge in the hope that people will see and use my service. Often company help desks' are unsatisfactory and as I have proven myself, often give the wrong information or just cannot resolve the problem and people are forced to take their computers to the nearest dealers which is not only very frustrating but also time consuming. I certainly do not claim to be able to fix all problems but certainly I am able to resolve for the person the next step if I cannot fix it for them. My company offers service to customers at a time mutualy agreed to, if this means out of ordinary business hours then so be it. (My rates are very reasonable and agreed to upfront)
