HOLIDAYS

Capel is very close to a number of holiday centres—and some very nice holiday homes and places to stay.  Check out Beyonderup Falls near Nannup, Wise Winery in Dunsborough and Becketts Flat in Margaret River.  Also look at Peerabeelup Cottages near Pemberton

BRIDGE

Our other hobby is playing bridge.  The governing body for this in WA is The Bridge Association of Western Australia.  If you want to have a go at playing on line there is either BBO or OK Bridge or, for social play only there is the Microsoft Gaming Zone.

WINERIES

There are a number of very good wineries in the area—Capel Vale is just round the corner from us.  Other favourites in the area are  Brookhampton Estate, Churchview Estate; and Gloucester Ridge, Donnelly River and Mountford in Pemberton.  We also like Geographe Wines

LOCAL VETS

The main Bunbury Vets are Bunbury Vet Clinic and Harradines and McGregors,  In Capel there is GeoVet who are also in Busselton and Nannup and there is also Busselton Vet Hospital.

EATING OUT IN THE AREA

As well as the local wineries there are a number of good places to go eat.  The Bull and Bush in Boyanup is a favourite as is Capel’s own Capelite Café.  The Goose on the Busselton sea front is also a great place to eat.
