AUSTRALIA

Australian Cloth Doll Association Inc.

Meeting the second saturday of each month at 1.30 pm in Ringwood East Victoria.
The ACDA also hosts workshops, and is the organising club for the Maldon
weekend workshop each year. They boast around 50 members, and publish
a monthly members newsletter, full of pattern reviews, hints & tips and
members news.New members are always welcome, for information about

Beaufort Beauties

Beaufort Beauties is a new club that started in Jan 2000 and is based in
Beaufort Victoria (near Ballarat).It's a great group of doll makers,
meeting Bi-monthly. If you need any information just send me a email to
their leader Dawn, she would love to hear from you

Total Fabrication Canberra Cloth Dollmakers

Monthly meetings, guest speakers, dolls to "show & tell", workshops,
challenge, projects, library newsletter, participation in local
community events and help with doll making techniques.
Huge annual exhibition held in September

CANADA

CLOTH-A-HOLICS

We are way out on the west coast of Canada - in Victoria, BC. We have a group of about 45 clothdoll makers. Our group is only about two years old but we have a lot of talent - and a couple of stores which sell all the stuff we need. We are called Cloth-A-Dollics (the Victoria Cloth Doll Club). We've done a couple of club challenges - Julie McCullough's Fisherman and Melinda Small Paterson's Dragon - and are doing a "fantasy" display at our local quilt show. We haven't gotten as sophisticated as you - no web site yet. If anyone is heading this way this summer (well you never know) let us know .
