Let me help you to gain a fresh perspective.  I work with individuals and organisations to help them to see things from a different vantage point, and then to plot a new course in light of this new way of understanding.

I am an experienced former senior public servant with training in social work and social research.  I established and managed the strategic policy and research area of a large human service department, and was responsible for the commissioning of the first research in Australia to provide a more holistic understanding of the impacts of this social program.

I am a social worker with experience in community development, counselling, and statutory child protection, and am currently undertaking post-graduate studies in counselling.

I am available as a private consultant to assist individuals and organisations in a number of areas - ranging from professional supervision to strategic planning, policy development and writing.  I bring a strong capacity building dimension to my work, so your organisation will be better equipped to tackle like tasks after my involvement in a project.
