Top Australian Players - at 18 June 2008 (post Berserker 2008)

The table below shows the top rated players in Australia. Only players whose rating had reliability in categories A,B or C and played in the last 13 months are included.

A number of good players would have been eligible for this list except for the minimum reliability requirement. Hopefully this shortcoming will be rectified over the next 6 months or so.

In total 33 players met the reliability criterion and were eligible for this list.

Please note that each player's position in the previous top 100 list is shown in braces after their current position. Where a player's previous rating was high enough but too unreliable to make the list last time the previous position is shown as {UR}.

The results of 7 new tournaments have been included since the previously published ratings. These were Berserker 2008 in Adelaide which involved 8 players , Adelaidium 2008 in Adelaide (7 players), Companion 2007 (part 3) in Adelaide (8 players), Vic Champs - League of Ancients 2007 in Melbourne (13 players), Companion 2007 (parts 1 & 2) in Adelaide (9 players), MOAB 2007 in Sydney (11 players) and Clash of Empires 2007 in Perth (10 players).

The actual scores are the total 10 point game scores (or equivalents) for each player from these tournaments. The right-most column shows the level in rating equivalent terms that each player performed at in these tournaments.

The previous ratings were as at 14.7.2007 after Knights of the Six-by-Four Table 2007.
