We are a kennel located in Geelong, Victoria, Australia. We live with a small number of Siberians that we treat as unique members of the family. Our primary interest is showing in conformation and we are members of the ‘Victorian Canine Association’. We are breeders and owners of Best in Show, Best in Specialty Show, Royal Best of Breed, Australian Grand Champion, AKC, CKC and ANKC registered Siberians. We own and have bred to  Canadian National Award winning Siberians, SHCA National Specialty Winner 2007 and have bred to a US National Award of Merit Winner / Top Producing Stud Dog.

Some of the Specialty and Royal Award Winning Siberians that we have bred and/or own include -

Canyonlands Blk Crusade - (awarded Best Minor Puppy in Show, Siberian Husky Club of NSW 2008)

Canyonlands Eskimo Kiss - (awarded Best Baby Puppy in Utility Group, Toowoomba Royal Show 2008)

BIS/BISS CH Canyonlands Bourbon St (IID) - (awarded BISS SHCNSW May 2006 / Best in Show, Utility Dog Club of NSW 2007)

CH Canyonlands Johny B Good (IID) - (awarded Champion Puppy In Group, Royal Queensland Show 2005)

Am/Can/Aust CH Highlander's Made In America (IMP USA) - (awarded Best in Breeder Sweeps, Canadian National 2004)

BISS/BIS GR CH Canyonlands Most Wanted (AI) - (awarded Champion Puppy In Group, Royal Queensland Show 2001)

Our goal in breeding is to produce sound, quality puppies with excellent temperaments, that are happy, loving and conform to the AKC standard (adopted in Australia) for the breed. A sound Siberian possesses good conformation, is healthy, athletic and free of defects such as hip dysplasia, eye abnormalities and epilepsy. Conformation is a measure of how the physical characteristics and personality of the dog compare to the AKC standard for the breed. The AKC standard defines various attributes which make the Siberian able to perform its original function as a medium-sized, working dog capable of pulling a sled with a light load over long distances in arctic conditions.

We have a personal desire to increase our understanding and knowledge of the breed and know many long time breeders with whom we have built friendships with over the years. Our breedings are planned, with careful consideration of the genetic phenotypes of both sire and dam. Both sire and dam have been certified free of hip dysplasia and eye abnormalities by certified Veterinarians.

As a breeder we are responsible for breeding to only the best dogs available and our litters are whelped and raised in our home. We have a responsibility to do the very best and produce quality Siberian Huskies that will be loving family members for their lifetime.

Thank you for visiting our website and we are happy to answer any of your questions regarding the dogs that we have bred and/or own. We want to help you to decide if the Siberian Husky is the right breed for you.
