A free flowing shredded cheese, which is cream in colour,
has a full bodied rich cheddar flavour.
Intended Use Of The Product
Shredded Tasty is predominately used as an ingredient various
dishes where a cheddar cheese flavour is desired.
Packaging
Shredded cheese is packed into a bag then packed into boxes.

2 x 5kg bags per box
Shelf Life
6 months when stored under refrigerated conditions.
Opened bags to be consumed within 7 days.
Freezing the product will extend the shelf life.
Method of Preservation
Product is preserved by vacuum flushing the bags with a mix of
CO2 and N2 to remove most of the oxygen from the bags.
Refrigerated temperatures are also used to reduce the growth of any spoilage organisms.

Distribution
All cheese is sold into the food service sector either directly to the end user or to distributors.
Products must be distributed and stored below 4°C at all times.
