This high protien flour has been milled to specification from a carefully
blended selection of specialty wheats to give strong, tolerant and extensible
dough's. This flour is particularly suitable for high volume rolls. Continental
breads and specialist pastries such as Filo and Danish.
This product will comply with requirements of the Australian Food Standards
Code and of the relevant State Legislation in which the product is sold.
