In 1952 Mr Natale Ieraci and his wife Natalina started a cash van distribution business, providing customers throughout Vic with local and imported products, as the company and customer base grew the sons Tony and Alex joined the business.

In 1975 the family purchased a warehouse on Brunswick Road, this now allowed for a greater focus on service and also allowed for interstate distribution. As business grew an adjoining building was purchased to accommodate an every growing specialised customer base.

With a focus on the very growing independent pizza market, with the need to supply a shredded cheese product and poor supply from manufacturers, a decision was made to commission a commercial grating and shredding plant, another property was purchased.

With 3 generations, 11 family members and over 40 employees, and a constant demand from new customers, a strategic long term decision was made to a obtain a new premises in October 2004 that would allow the business to grow without limitations.
