Transcendental Technologies was established in 1987 in Melbourne, Australia, to provide graphical and database software solutions to major engineering companies like Davy Mckee Pacific, John Brown Engineering, Trafalgar House, and Kvaerner Process Australia.

In 1994, it established web presence with the publishing of All Things Virtual. In 1997 it formed a partnership with Digital River and Fujitsu, and its first downloadable software product, 3D Forever, was released. In 1998, its premium software product, 3D Forever Builder was released.

Transcendental Technologies is dedicated now, as when it was first established, to the design and programming of high performance graphical applications for large and small bussiness applications.
