O God, the heavenly Father of all mankind, we pray for our families.  You are aware of the needs of those closest and dearest to us ...

uphold them in times of trial,
strengthen them in situations containing anxiety and stress,
protect them from all evil.

We pray that we may reach up in faith to receive the wholeness you provide for each one of us through the fullness of your love.  This we pray in the name of Jesus.
