ECA Control Panel is an aircraft-swapping and squadron-editing program for Microprose' European Air War.

Picture of ECAPanel Interface
More than 300 different models of WWII aircraft are now available to fly in EAW, including Russian, French, Italian, Japanese and U.S. Pacific aircraft. ECA Control Panel changes the names, flight models, armament and ordnance loads of any aircraft you select. ECA Control Panel also includes a squadron editor, so you can change the aircraft assigned to your squadron in campaigns, and refresh your squadron pilots, plus a feature to switch place names to different theatres, and more.

Download the latest version of ECA Control Panel, v4.4 (238 Kb)  here.

ECAPanel is written in Visual Basic 3, and requires three standard Microsoft VB system files to be in your Windows\System directory to operate. These files are VBRUN300.DLL, COMMDLG.DLL and CMDIALOG.VBX. You may already have these in your Windows\System directory. If you have used any previous version of ECAPanel, or any other VB3 program, these files will already be there. If you do not have these files in your Windows\System directory, you will need to download them. You can get them from Microsoft, or from this site. Download the VB3 system files (282 Kb) here.
