Bf109Z

Messerschmitt  Bf-109 Z1 Zwilling for the Bf-109E slot

This is the projected heavily-armed Bf 109 Z1 "Zwilling" twin-fuselage fighter. The twin-fuselage shape is by me, using a Bf109G shape with model-enhancements (such as air scoop and aerials) by Capitan Manduca and Pretzel. The skin is by Mosi, with some changes by me to fit the new shape.

Me163

Messerschmitt  Me-163 A1 Komet for the Bf-109K slot

This is Me-163 A1 Komet rocket fighter, a simple aircraft with a phenomenal speed and rate of climb, which saw extensive use as a bomber-interceptor in 1944-45. This shape actually started life as the PAW P-39 Airacobra shape, and uses as a base a P-39 skin by Claudio, with the 3D cockpit and wing views from Mosi's Ta-183.

Gotha Go-229 A1 for the Bf-109G slot

This is the projected Gotha Go 229 "Flying Wing" twin-jet fighter for use in EAW. Like the Me-163, this shape actually started life as the PAW P-39 Airacobra shape, and used as an original base a P39 skin by Claudio, with the 3D cockpit and wing views from Mosi's Ta-183. The camouflage scheme is from MKSheppard's great skin for the Me163 Komet.

A6m2 Rufe

Mitsubishi A6M2-N Rufe for the Fw-190D slot

The Rufe was a Mitsubishi A6M2 Zero, manufactured by Nakajima as a floatplane to support the Japanese offensives in the Pacific. It was widely used during 1942-43, in the Solomons and the Aleutians. The original Zero shape is from PAW, adapted by Paulo for EAW. I made a few small changes to this shape, adding the floats, aerial and pitot tube, and rounding the wingtips. The skin is by Jamie, with a few small changes by me to fit the new shape.

Kyushu J7W1 Shinden for the Fw-190D slot

The Shindem ("Magnificent Lightning") canard fighter was an unusual design with a powerful engine, intended for interceptor duties against B-29s. The Shinden actually started life as the PAW P-39 shape, and uses as a base a skin by Claudio from Alessandro's Aces over Gyn site. The zip file contains the new aircraft 3D shape, with a new skin, and even a new Shinden hangar screen to go with them.
