We offer an exchange carburettor service with a wide range of
reconditioned carburettors and if an exchange is not available
at the time, we can overhaul your existing unit.

Each unit is stripped and inspected for wear and damage. All
flat surfaces are then linnished to make sure that they are flat.
The unit is then run through several cleaning systems and then
finally through a colourising dip. After cleaning, throttle shafts
are inspected and rebushed as required, throttle disc(s)
replaced and the units are assembled with new gaskets,
accelerator pump, needle and seat(s), etc. When finished, all
units are placed on a test bench to be checked for float height
and accelerator pump operation before being bagged and
tagged and put into stock or sent out to waiting customers.
